Customer Service Representative – Florence, KY - Temporary

Mazak Corporation is currently searching for a temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Headquarters located in Florence, KY. The temporary position is responsible for improving the customer service experience by acting as a liaison between the service team and customers along with supporting the service team internally through the following responsibilities listed. This position is paid through an agency and works at Mazak Corporation.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer initial Service department calls, assist with non-technical customer questions, transfer technical issues to appropriate person or enter cases and set proper call back expectations.
  • The proficient D365 associate will help support the Region in consistent system usage and technical support/training.
  • Improve communications between Mazak and the customer by assisting Team Leaders in advising customers of Field Service Technician upcoming appointments, and regularly following up with customers as needed.

Mazak Corporation’s Southeast Applications department is looking for an Applications Engineer to join the team at our Southeast Technology Center located in Suwanee, GA. The Applications Engineer will assist Sales staff by providing technical information on the use of Mazak machine tools to produce customer parts/products, efficiently and with robust quality.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
