Executive Administrative Assistant: Florence, Kentucky

Executive Administrative Assistant: Florence, Kentucky

We are currently searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant who is responsible for these daily tasks: scheduling meetings, handling expense reports, sending email correspondence, maintaining calendars, screening calls, filing and preparing for presentations. Some additional job duties include preparing monthly reports and charts, arrange travel accommodations for members of all departments, coordinate customer surveys, maintain policy manuals, and order supplies when needed. This candidate will work specific machine tool events and shows when they should arise. This candidate must have experience with scheduling and reservations, have strong organizational and communication skills and work well independently. Must have 3-5 years’ experience in a related position is required. Some college is preferred. Must be efficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This position reports directly to the president of the company. Also, this person will be working closely with the Chairman and Legal Counsel on a daily basis. Field Service CNC Technician: Wichita, Kansas

Field Service CNC Technician: Wichita, Kansas

Mazak an International Machine Tool Manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Southwest region, working in the Wichita, Kansas area. This candidate will be required to live in or near Wichita, KS or be willing to relocate. This position functions to install equipment, train customers, execute warranty repairs, and provide after warranty service on CNC lathes and machining centers as manufactured by Mazak Corporation. Most technicians are assigned regional responsibilities and operate directly from their residences. Heavy travel would be required.

Qualified individuals will have a minimum of three years experience in maintenance and repair of CNC equipment. Technicians with broad skills covering electrical, mechanical, and programming disciplines are preferred. Educational requirements include computer literacy and a high school diploma. Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer

Kinetix, LLC, a third party contractor for Mazak Corporation, is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to help expand and grow our territory in the Southeastern United States.  We are currently focusing on expansion in the Florida, and the Carolina regions, but we have opportunities for placement within the states of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee or Virginia.  

The Daily Duties Include:  

  • Serving customers by installing and servicing CNC machine tools.
  • Serve existing accounts by planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
  • Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing service/installation; performing acceptance tests.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
  • Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; completing calibration.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, service reports and expense reports.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in training classes.
  • Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Kinextix LLC is a CNC Machine Tool Service organization which provides CNC field services, parts and accessories to various industries across the southeastern United States.
