Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer

Kinetix, LLC, a third party contractor for Mazak Corporation, is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to help expand and grow our territory in the Southeastern United States.  We are currently focusing on expansion in the Florida, and the Carolina regions, but we have opportunities for placement within the states of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee or Virginia.  

The Daily Duties Include:  

  • Serving customers by installing and servicing CNC machine tools.
  • Serve existing accounts by planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
  • Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing service/installation; performing acceptance tests.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
  • Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; completing calibration.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, service reports and expense reports.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in training classes.
  • Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Kinextix LLC is a CNC Machine Tool Service organization which provides CNC field services, parts and accessories to various industries across the southeastern United States.
