WHAT TO EXPECT
Attendees will see a live demonstration of Renishaw’s OMP60 spindle probe, OTS-AA contact tool setter, and Set & Inspect App. Renishaw Inc. will demonstrate efficient tool and work offset updating using easy to follow prompts in the Set & Inspect App. Other capabilities of the App that will be demonstrated are Program Builder for incorporating probing routines into production processes and Reporter for graphically charting probing results.

Software: Set & Inspect App – Inspection Plus
Demonstration:
- Typical usage of a probe by an operator using Set & Inspect
- Typical usage of a programmer for a production job using Program Builder in Set & Inspect for incorporating Inspection Plus calls in process
- Graphically plot probing results of a production run in Reporter
