NORTH AMERICAN HEADQUARTERS CAMPUS

Florence, Kentucky, has been the North American home of Mazak Corporation since 1974. We chose the Blue Grass State because it is central to major manufacturing companies and allows us to fully immerse ourselves in the North American market for the benefit of our customers.

On our Headquarters Campus, you will find our North American Manufacturing Plant, National Technology Center, National Customer Service and Support Center, North American Parts Center and Spindle Repair and Rebuild Facility.

Over the past three decades, we have continuously grown and advanced our North American Campus via 16 expansions, including the recent adoption of the Mazak iSMART Factory™ concept, to meet the ever-evolving technology demands of our customers as well as provide them with the support they need to increase their productivity and competitiveness.

Campus Stats

  1. We invested $30 million in our Kentucky manufacturing operations in 2014, with $19 million of it spent on new capital equipment.

  2. The entire campus encompasses 800,000 square feet of space, which includes our 536,000-square-foot manufacturing plant.

  3. We manufacture over 100 different Mazak CNC turning and machining centers on this campus.

  4. We have the capacity to make more than 200 machine units per month on this campus.

  5. We added a sixth building to our operations in support of our growing Automations and Systems Group.
