WHAT TO EXPECT
Presented in partnership with Zoller USA, the Iowa Lunch and Learn event, held at Mazak’s newly opened Technical Center in Maquoketa, Iowa, will offer attendees a chance to see Mazak’s VC-500C with MAZATROL SmoothG CNC and Zoller’s presetting unit live in action.
TECHNOLOGY IN ACTION
During the Lunch and Learn, attendees will have the opportunity to see a live demonstration of Mazak’s VC-500C with SmoothG in action and cutting parts. With a small footprint and easy installation, the VC-500C features a 3-axis table for quick setup and brings advanced technology and production value to accurate small parts processing for a variety of industries. The MAZATROL SmoothG CNC optimizes programming, making it easy to generate programs for processing complex parts with high speed and high accuracy.
Attendees will see a live demonstration of Zoller’s presetting unit. Zoller USA will demonstrate how production can be arranged more efficiently by minimizing fitting times and preventing tool rejection. Their Industry 4.0 presentation will show the process from CAM design, to CAM preparation, to inventory control, to presetting and measuring, to production on a Mazak machine and all using one database.
