WHAT TO EXPECT:

Mazak will participate in the inaugural FITMA event, which could be the next great manufacturing exhibition for the Latin American region. The biennial show in Mexico City brings together leading manufacturers, international OEMs and suppliers of machinery, equipment and services in the metalworking sector. The world-class exhibition will also present a unique international conference program. FITMA is presented by Gardner Business Media and its Modern Machine Shop Mexico and Products Finishing Mexico publications.

Mazak is pleased to have a network of eight Technology Centers across north America to serve our customers. This includes the Mexico Technology Center, which is located in Monterrey, Mexico. Mazak has a longstanding relationship with customers in Mexico and has been a Mexican registered company since 1981. The Mazak Mexico team is looking forward to seeing their customers at FITMA 2022.

TECHNOLOGY IN ACTION:

Mazak will present a selection of machines engineered to meet the productivity needs of a diverse variety of manufacturing situations.

Among them will be the: 

  • QT-Ez 12 Turning Center, an automation-ready compact machine built to handle a wide range of materials and available with a variety of turret configurations.
  • VC-Ez 20 a rugged vertical machining center with a choice of optional features and enhanced operator ergonomics for easy loading of workpieces and tools.
  • HQR-200 MSY Multi-Tasking Turning Center featuring a twin-spindle, twin turret configuration for extensive part processing flexibility and high-volume output.
  • INTEGREX i-100 ST Multi-Tasking Machine that combines the capabilities of a high-powered turning center with those of full-function machining center to produce smaller complex parts in a single setup.

  • VC-500A/5X Vertical Machining Center, with a trunnion-style rotary/tilt table that enables accurate, cost-effective processing of small, complex parts via full 5-axis machining.
