IMPORTANT MAZAK ANNOUNCEMENT
Mazak is pleased to announce its Southwest Technology Center in Houston has reopened.
With the hurricane, torrential rains, flooding and threat of tornados, Mazak was fearful that its Southwest Technology Center operations would have been closed a considerably longer period of time. Thankfully, the facility’s construction is such that it was able to withstand the recent catastrophic weather, and damage to the technology center is extremely minimal.
Unfortunately, travel throughout the Houston area remains hazardous and limited at best for several of Mazak’s Southwest Technology Center associates to make their way to work. But, the facility is functional and Mazak will return calls and schedule visits as quickly as humanly possible.
At this time, those customers in the Southeast Texas regions are encouraged to call and convey the conditions of their machines.
Mazak deeply appreciates your patience, and the Southwest Technology Center will be fully operational as soon as possible.
