Optimum Support is headquartered in a dedicated 65,000 sq. ft.
building, which is part of our Florence, KY campus. It is our central
location for parts, rebuilds, phone support center, and 24-hour

regional centers are staffed with Service Coordinators, who know who you

The Optimizer Library presents all schematics, mechanical and
maintenance documentation in digital form for your maintenance archives.
The Enterprise Edition is a CD configured for your specific machine. It
includes BOM, manuals and documentation in exactly the configuration you
received your Mazak machine, with only the options you chose. No more
time wasted wading through documents that don't apply.
Replacement parts:
No matter what the age of your Mazak, you can rest assured that
replacement parts will always be available. That's because we warehouse
more than 46,000 different parts, valued at more than $65 million, in
our Florence facility. From complete modular units to the simplest
commercial parts, we ship 97% of our parts orders within 24 hours.

your plant. Our highly qualified technician will quickly be on
the scene with access to a complete history of your machine and any
Technical Updates and Service Bulletins that may apply.
Module replace / repair / rebuild / exchange:
Mazak offers a host of alternatives whenever a spindle, live
spindle, tool change shifter, or Variaxis trunnion unit needs repair. We
offer traditional repair and return service on all of these items, but
to get up and running in no time, you can take advantage of our Optimum
Exchange Program. This industry-first offering is made possible by our
large inventory of new and remanufactured main spindles and live
spindles available for 24-hour shipment. A warranty is included on both
new and remanufactured units.
