No one has been squeezed harder to reduce the cost per part than Contract Manufacturers. Traditional job shops have had to evolve into leaner, more flexible operations to stay competitive - and even stay alive. And here at Mazak, we've made substantial changes in the way we make machine tools, in order to continue making advanced technologies available to all.
The introduction of our Nexus line in 2002 was a great example of this. Productivity enhancement went through the roof. And the advantages of Done-In-One and unattended machining began to catch on in even the smallest job shops. With Mazatrol interactive conversational control, part programming and setup times are reduced. Or program in EIA-ISO, or both.
We are proud of the number of flexible systems available to Contract Manufacturers today. Here are several to consider. Simply click on the photo for more information about each series. Or CONTACT MAZAK, or your nearest distributor, for recommendations and detailed specifications.
