The new AS/RS modules in the South Building’s National Parts Center further add to Mazak’s central spare parts inventory, currently at more than 46,000 parts numbers. (FLORENCE, KENTUCKY) – The remodeling of the South Building lobby at Mazak’s Florence, Kentucky headquarters is complete, and two new modules added to the South Building’s Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) are in place to further serve Mazak customers. The new South Building lobby features new tile flooring, fresh paint, new seating, and a large-format video screen that can be used for video presentations. The open design emphasizes efficiency and customer-friendliness.

Mazak South Building Remodeling Near Completion

Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Legal departments will all be combined in one location, and extra records storage areas and conference rooms will be added. The North Building lobby will also be remodeled to present a more attractive welcome to Mazak visitors and guests.

Completion is scheduled for mid-April.

(FLORENCE, KENTUCKY) – The administration areas of the North Building at Mazak’s Florence, Kentucky headquarters are receiving both a remodeling and expansion to increase efficiency. Currently at 10,750 square feet, the new administration floorspace will expand by 7,500 square feet, totaling 18,250 square feet when completed later this spring.The goal of the expansion is to get all of Mazak administration into one area for improved organization and information flow.
